We're a flooring showroom, not a data company. This page explains — honestly and briefly — what happens to any details you share with us.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. Nothing else is collected about you as a person.
How we use it
Your details travel straight to our showroom inbox and are used for one thing only — replying to your enquiry. We never sell data, never share it for marketing, and never add you to a mailing list without asking.
Automatic replies
When you enquire, you'll receive one automatic acknowledgement so you know your message arrived safely. After that, you'll only ever hear from a real person about your enquiry.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies, doesn't identify you and doesn't follow you around the web. To keep spam out of the contact form, it's protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real browser is sending the message — again without advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to look after you and maintain a sensible record of our conversation. Ask us to delete them at any point and we will.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you — just email or call the showroom. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
