Head north-east on the A113 through Stapleford Tawney. The farm entrance is on your RIGHT.

Head south-west on the A113 through Stanford Rivers. The farm entrance is on your LEFT.

Turn in at the farm entrance and follow the track past the farmhouse. Look for the LK Flooring signage.

Make your way to Stapleford Tawney and join London Road.

Follow London Road — Mitchells Farm is just ahead.

Turn into Mitchells Farm and look for the LK Flooring signage.

Head down the internal farm road, past the courtyard.
